1. Designing, overseeing and implementing a firm’s compensation and benefits programs.
2. Monitor salary structures.
3. Balancing staffing needs with cost controls.
4. Ensuring that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
5. Consulting with internal business partners, such as department heads and management, to assess benefits, compensation and compliance needs.
6. Required to research and make recommendations on increasingly insurance plans. Evaluating competitor compensation and benefits packages.
7. Maintaining all data related to employee salaries and benefits – accurately and confidentially.
